Chapter Executive Board Responsibilities

Our Chapter leadership consists of four elected Officers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer), the immediate Past President, five elected Directors, and the Auxiliary President.  The PDF file to the right outlines the general responsibilies of these positions.  We also have appointed positions as listed..

Executive Board meetings are normally held on the first Wednesday of the month at 11:30 AM at “The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic, 4202 SW Lee Blvd., Lawton, Oklahoma.”

Interested members are invited to attend, unless the Board is in a closed session.   If you plan to attend, please contact our Secretary to verify location and that it will be an open session.  Minutes from Executive Board meetings are available upon request from the Secretary.
