Each school year our chapter provides financial support through the awarding of $1000 scholarships to very deserving university bound high school seniors from our area with military sponsors.  We send application packets to the counselors of 20 area high schools each fall and select our winners in the spring.  Based on available funding, we typically award 4-5 scholarships each year.
