Fort Sill National Cemetery will not be hosting a public Memorial Day Ceremony this year due to the COVID-19 Pandemic restrictions in-place on Government properties. However, the Cemetery is scheduling groups of  volunteers that would like to place gravesite flags on all the final resting places of our American heroes and family members interred there.  Scheduling of the groups is spread out over the week of May 24th-May 28th. 

The cemetery has scheduled a time for members of the SWOK Chapter of MOAA.  If you are able to volunteer, please meet at the cemetery at 9:00 AM on Thursday, 27 May.  A section has been reserved for our Chapter to place flags.  

Keep in mind anyone that comes out will be required to wear face coverings and abide by the CDC recommendations on social distancing.
