SillFACTS meeting is held every first Tuesday of the month except July and December. 

Purpose: The council is concerned with broad community issues, needs, and problems and serves as the focal point for information exchange on matters of community interest and the recognition of volunteers. The meeting is hosted by the Garrison Commander. 

Attendees: GC, Directors, spouses, Family Readieness Groups, private org. 

Open to the public.
