LTC (R) Seth Hall Presenting MOAA JROTC Award to Lawton High School Cadet Captain Mireya Alcala

The Lawton High School JROTC Spring Award Ceremony was held April 18, 2024.  Seth Hall, LTC, (Ret) represented the SWOK Chapter of MOAA.  He presented the MOAA Excellence Award to Cadet Captain Mireya Alcala.
